Beginner classes are aimed at teaching students the principles of pilates at a slow gentle pace, ideal as a introduction to Intermediate / Advance classes. No previous pilates experience required.
The in-house style reflects the latest exciting development in pilates - Aerobic Pilates. This technique draws on the rhythms inherent in more general exercise to music and combines them with Tempo’s reformer pilates classes. In essence, it’s an intense high calorie burn session to great sounds with an upbeat tempo, which integrates resistance work at a raised heart rate.
