With a reputation for being results driven and Pilates focused, it’s no coincidence that for Daniel le Roux teaching is not just a job, but a lifestyle. Having qualified as a reps level three Personal Trainer and Sports Masseur through Premier Global Training it was the natural choice for him to explore the Pilates industry. He was introduced to the discipline by one of the UK’s top trainers, Liz Bussey, in 2005. He then travelled the globe for ten months, successfully teaching mat-work and one-on-one reformer classes in a six-star service environment. This involved training an international clientele to the highest standards. Daniel then returned to the UK and studied the dynamic Pilates technique and Stott Pilates. He launched Tempo Pilates in 2010. Daniel is also Antenatal trained, for more information regards Antenatal Pilates classes please Email us.
Michael started out with a passion for dance and through this developed a fascination for body movement more generally, most particularly Pilates. Whilst training at dance college he continued his study and practice of classic Pilates and in doing so realised that alongside his performance work he wanted to explore a potential career as a Pilates teacher. On graduating, he spent the next eight months dancing and travelling extensively and became a member of contemporary dance company Sols Dans. He also began teaching dance. At the same time he retained his focus on Pilates and in September 2010 he became a Rep Level Three fully qualified Pilates teacher. Since then he has extended his training, this time in Tempo Pilates reformer work, with Daniel le Roux. Michael is also Antenatal trained, for more information regards Antenatal Pilates classes please Email us.

In 2004, Gina qualified as a Rep Level Three personal trainer and sports masseur through Premier Global Training. She continued to work in a privately owned gym as a personal trainer for 2 years before deciding to become a freelance trainer. Gina worked for Sony BMG training and travelled around the world with her client, a member of Britain's Got Talent. Her passion for core training and strength sparked her love for Pilates which led her to train at Bootcamp Pilates in East London. After that contract, she travelled to Qatar and worked as an exclusive Pilates trainer for the Prime Minister's wife. Upon her return, she decided to expand her knowledge in Pilates and completed the Stott mat and Reformer Pilates modules. Gina joined the Tempo Pilates team in 2010; we feel very privileged to have her on-board as she excels in the study of anatomy and physiology.
